He has been a key stakeholder in four tech startups and is a seasoned leader and business developer.
Testhubs technology is his brainchild based on his 15 year obsession with the research on human decision making.
Evelyn is an HR expert and Holds a Master of Science degree in Leadership and Organisational Psychology.
She also holds a Master of Philosophy in Culture, Environment and Sustainability.
She has done research on Leader-Member Exhange and wrote her thesis on “The Frequency and Quality of Leader-Member Exchange (LMX) relationship in determining subordinate commitment and turnover intentions”
Passionate about work relationships and inclusive cultures where people feel respected and valued for who they are as individuals and or groups.
Ronald holds a bachelors degree in Computer Science. After graduating he started out as an IT consultant and eventually became an independant consultant with a client list of some of the biggest danish companies including Systematic and SOS International.
Having experience from several enterprises, Ronald understands what is important to facilitate such projects.
Always keen on following what is happening in the IT world and with a drive to improve.
When he is not working with IT, Ronald spends his spare time doing music and being creative.
Silje has a background in business and holds a double master of science degree in Business Analysis & Performance Management and a CEMS Masters’s in International Management. She has previously researched how large organisations can keep their innovative power.
Previously, Silje has been working for an AgriTech startup aiming to reduce the climate impact of large-scale farming. She has also been working for a startup Accelerator, facilitating for international early stage companies to scale.
Silje is passionate about combining a sustainable business model with making an impact for people globally.
